The mall has the right to immediately cease transactions with such users, cancel their user accounts, and demand that they assume corresponding legal responsibilities.
2. User Account, Password, and Security
Once a user successfully registers, they become a legitimate user of this site. Users are fully responsible for the security of their username and password. In addition, each user is fully responsible for all activities and events carried out using their username. If a user discovers any unauthorized use of their account or any security vulnerabilities, they should immediately notify this site.
3. Principles of Purchase
Equality Principle: Users and the mall have equal legal status in the transaction process.

Users warrant that they will not register or participate in sharing or purchasing goods using other people's information.

After becoming a member of the online mall, users can accumulate points according to the mall's point rules. 5. Mall Rights and Obligations

The mall may also disclose relevant information to the competent authorities in accordance with applicable laws.
c) The mall has the right to take restrictive measures against users for the following behaviors: publishing or transmitting malicious, false, or infringing content on others' personal and property rights; engaging in activities unrelated to sharing and purchasing or not aimed at sharing and purchasing; maliciously registering, signing in, commenting, etc., in an attempt to disrupt normal shopping order; uploading, publishing, sending, or transmitting any material that interferes with, disrupts, or limits the functionality of computer software, hardware, or communication devices, including software viruses or other computer codes, files, and programs; interfering with or damaging the website, services, servers, and networks connected to the website and services; or publishing other information that violates public interests or may seriously harm the legitimate interests of the mall and other users.
Users grant the mall a permanent, exclusive right to use (with the right to sublicense) all kinds of information publicly posted by users on the mall website. 8. Limitation of Liability

The provisions of this agreement are severable. If any provision of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision may be deleted, while the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
In the event of any disputes between the parties concerning the content or execution of this agreement, the parties shall make every effort to resolve them amicably. If the negotiations fail, either party may bring a lawsuit to the People's Court in the location where the mall is located.
